Even with all the fun Easter decor and eggs and bunnies and Peeps and candy- we do want to bear witness that we know that Easter is about the Savior. We know He is not dead but that He lives!! That He died and came back to life on the 3rd day! We are so very blessed to know Him!

Silly Rabbit...
We put our Easter decorations up last minute before our hunt on Saturday but we plan on enjoying them for all of April. And yes! We know Easter is over!! ;) LOL
Egg Dye & Fights
After our guests from our Hunt left yesterday, we dyed our Easter Eggs. Quinn hung out and did them with us. I love colorful Easter eggs! So fun!
We spent the next day or two having Egg Fights! The kids really get into this! It's pretty silly! I laugh everytime I see the faces we make during the battles. We are sooo funny!!
And to top it off- they all love to eat Deviled eggs- it's a Win/Win situation! Yummy Easter food!

Easter Egg Hunt & Magic Jelly Beans
Brett put together his usual Egg Hunt for the kids this morning. It's over in a matter of seconds but they love it!
Brett also had the kids plant "Magic Jelly Beans" again. Glory even watered hers last night. They magically transformed into the kids favorite treats. Even the dirt magically changed into crushed up Oreos. Glory is so amazed how that happens! LOL

Emily Lenora Easter Hunt
With Brett's encouragement, we decided to plan our annual Emily Lenora Crump Easter Hunt. We invited a few families. The Andersens (our awesome, stalwart Easter friends) and the Fifes were able to join us!
Once everyone was there, we sent the kids off to do the Hunt. It was actually really relaxing because everyone had a partner to hunt with so the adults (and the kids too cool to hunt ;) were able to just sit in the sun and watch.
The rest of the afternoon, we ate a light lunch, visited and enjoyed the sunshine. So glad we have such good friends to be with on Holidays! Luv you guys!

Mountainside Easter Hunt
The Andersons invited us again to their Church's Easter Hunt on the side of Mount Helena. Brett took the girls up this morning to hunt.

Seedall Boys
My kids adore the Seedall boys! Glory even begs me to be able to get out of school if I am watching Atticus during the day! ;) We had them over this evening. They had a blast building forts and playing some Nerf gun game. Love them!

Davis Sleepover
We ended our quick trip with a sleepover at the Davis'. We always have a great time with them!
The older boys had to be up early so they headed to be right after the reception. But Cheri played a little pool with Justice which almost made them pee their pants! She's such a fun aunt!
The girls love each other so much so they soaked in their last sleepover!
In the morning, Cheri spoiled the kids with yogurt parfaits and cereal.
And what trip would be complete without loving on Cricket!!! My girls are in heaven.
Thanks for letting us crash at your place! We love you guys! XO

Zach & Taylor Rasmussen's Wedding
The Rasmussen's wedding was the highlight (and main purpose) for our trip this week. Zach & Taylor got married in the Payson UT Temple this afternoon. They are so cute together! They make a beautiful couple. The sealer was pretty hilarious and also had lots of good advise for them. We really appreciate their righteous examples to us and our kids. It was so special to be there with them today as they got sealed.
They had a late luncheon and then reception on the 3rd floor of this building in Lindon, UT. Shauna made their cake. Everything was quite beautiful!
Of course, when the Rasmussens are involved- silliness is a given! LOL It was a long day so by the end- things became delirious. Fun times!
P.S. Brett & the kids (as well as the groomsmen) decorated their car. It's quite a tradition that they have. Lots of fun! Justice wanted a Sprite bottle to be taped to the top. Too funny!
Like Mother like Son
Today in the wedding chaos, kids were coming in & out of the Payson Temple several times. On one of those trips inside, Justice yanked on the door handle and it came off. (Well- half of it came off. Then he told the desk and they came and took it off the rest of the way) Ooops!
Well... what makes it most memorable is that his Mom did the same thing 20 years ago!!! LOL
On our wedding day in 1996 while we were taking pictures on the steps of the Salt Lake Temple, someone teased me that I should try and open the door. I laughed and yanked on one of the handles. Unfortunately, it popped right off and rolled down the stairs. Oops! We were shocked, grabbed it and tried to fix it. It was so embarrassing! We let the Temple people know and continued with our pictures. It was quite the family joke for years after. ;) We even received a replica of the SL Temple doorknob a couple years later from Uncle Bud. Quite the memorable moment!
Here's us after we stuck the knob back in the hole and trying to control our laughter. Like Mother like Son!! LOL
Payson UT Temple
We took our family to the Payson UT Temple today. It was snowing so hard when we got there!!! You couldn't even see the temple until you got really close.
The kids sat in the car and did homework while we participated in Zach & Taylor's wedding. By the time that Brett & I got out from the sealing- snow had accumulated on the grass. Brett, Justice and Ethan made a snowman on the grass. Silly boys!
I loved that we got to touch another temple. What a special tradition for our family. We're getting quite the collection down the side of our blog. I also just printed them all off to hang up in my home. So fun!

After pictures of the wedding party, Brett & I took Chandler, Ethan, Liberty and Justice to do Baptisms for the Dead. {Thanks Cheri for taking the girls with you} Since it was the middle of the day, it was only us in there. So glad we could be together in the temple!

Sleepover at Gr & Gr Seamons' House
This was the 1st time we've been able to have a sleepover at Grandma & Grandpa Seamons' home. We checked out their Great-Grandma Ramah paintings. Victoria's gonna ask & write about them all for some Family History. Glory colored some pretty awesome cats and collected snail shells from Grandpa's gardens. I watched Shauna make cakes for the wedding in the middle of the night while Garold & Brett snoozed. (like Father like son, I guess. LOL) And of course, we kept them up way too late at nights visiting. Thanks for letting us stay with you. Sure love you both!
Yebo at the Crump's House
We got together with some of the Crump Family for dinner tonight. It was good to see my Dad looking some what back to his old self after facing some real health challenges this past year. The kids ate and then disappeared outside for the rest of the night. They had so much fun! We ate, laughed and joked together. Not sure how it came about but Tauni shared something about Jurassic velociraptors and wearing red. We were confused so we started teasing her about being our Yebo- which is Obey backwards. {that's the word that was on her shirt} At the end of the night all of her "RED pack" got a picture together with her. We're so silly!
Tauni & I compared the length of our hair. She blew me out of the water. Crazy long hair, girlie!
And of course Glory was so excited to be reunited with her twin! ;)

City Creek Chaos: Family Pictures
For the 1st time since 2007, we had everyone together in order to do a massive Garold & Lana Seamons' Family picture. It was a bit of chaos but it'll be so fun to see us all in a family picture together. I'll include a shot of it when we get them back. But I did take some of the cousins and all of us eating lunch on the steps at City Creek in Downtown Salt Lake City. Several times we thought we may be kicked out for "frolicking" on public grounds. LOL! Fun, crazy times!
Glory LOVES Ethan so much! She looks so tiny next to him but she never passes a chance to hug him. Justice can't wait until he gets a growth spurt so he can catch up to his tall cousins. Victoria & Halle seriously look like twins to me. Beautimus girlies! Fun to have my kids get a picture with the grandparents. Except people (ahem,...Ethan) kept walking in front of me. So this was the best shot I got!!! Silly family!

We made several runs to the Marriott bathroom. Man- is that hotel fancy!!
And we took some of our own family pictures. Aren't we so cute?
Thanks Louie for helping us out with our fam pictures. You're a goofball! We love you!Provo City Center Temple Dedication
It just happened to be that while we were in UT- the whole Salt Lake Valley (maybe more of UT) was invited to participate in the Provo City Center Temple Dedication in place of regular Sunday meetings. Only those 8 and older & with a recommend could attend. Luckily, we were able to get in contact with our Bishop and the local Bishop in order to get a special recommend for Victoria. She was a bit nervous and super excited as well. {Glory stayed with Grandma Seamons and collected snail shells) It was a broadcast viewed at the local meetinghouses. They had a choir and speakers and the dedicatory prayer. It was a special experience for our family to be there together. I love that the kids had a chance to see how a dedication works and be there with us.
We also had the opportunity to take the kids by the actual temple a couple days later so they could touch it. It was super cold & windy but it was a little miracle for us as well. On the way down to Payson- it was snowing really bad. However when we got out in Provo- there was no snow at all. Then when we left and got back on the road- it again began to snow. The Provo City Center Temple was our little oasis in the storm. Love it!
The story behind the new Provo City Center Temple is amazing!! It was originally built in 1861 so it's has been around for over 100 years. It used to be a Church house then a Tabernacle until it burned down to it's outer walls in 2010. Then it went through huge renovations to become a temple. I love the symbolism of being burned down and reborn as a new beautiful and eternal thing.

Fire destroyed the tabernacle on Dec. 17, 2010
Reconstruction leaving outer walls but adding basement, underground parking and beautiful temple grounds.

Park & Presents with Grandma Karla & Ryler
We made sure to spend a little time with Grandma & Ryler while we were down in UT. We went to a park for dessert and to let the kids run around for a bit. Grandma Karla brought us some Christmas presents from last year that she never sent. The kids were so excited for their secret stash books and Maui decorations. Thanks Grandma!
Where I 1st met you...
We drove by our old Single's Ward building tonight and decided to stop and get a picture of the exact spot that Brett first met me 20 years ago. I was blonde and way younger (and I had boobs back then. LOL) but it was on this curb with sunglasses and a smile that started it all. Oh the memories!!!
Here's to 20 more! XOXO

A little Craft Mojo
Not sure how I found a little bit of my lost Craft Mojo but I did. And it kind of exploded!!! I've created some super crafty things lately. I'm so excited about them. I forgot how happy it makes me to be creating! Love it!
Snowman Pillow made from flannel
Carrot from straws and Easter Eggs from crochet thread
I love this Sign!!! I painted it on a canvas to make it look like wood.
My USA Map I did with my friends
And of course my latest Make & Take Project- Risen Tile
I bought this 2 items and then wrote on it. But it is so cute
that several of my friends bought them and had me write on them as well.
I am loving chalkboards lately. They make me so happy!
I'm collecting things to decorate my wall above my stairs. I finally printed off this family picture of when we did our own Groundbreaking Ceremony on our new house. Then I added a cute vinyl saying: "Wherever we are Together- We are Home!" I love it!
Yeah for Craft Mojo!

St. Paddy's Day
Our "Lucky" Holiday came and went before I could even process. Crazy! But we did dress up for an annual festive picture.
Also...
I did decorated the house with all my cute rainbows and green and gold stuff. But somehow we took it all down before I realized I didn't take any pictures. Here's proof though that I now have to get all back into the boxes. LOL
I do love all the Holidays!
And made a fun GREEN dinner with a little gold for everyone!
Also...
I do love all the Holidays!
