Homemade Christmas

mtseamonsfam We are usually pretty good about making homemade Christmas gifts for each other. Everyone did a great job this year! Dad & Justice- homemade cornhole boards. Liberty- Florida souvenir coupons (from her upcoming trip). Victoria- amazing knitted loom hats {Year of the Hats, baby! Lol} Glory- cornhole bean bags. Mom aka Supervisor
crumra53 (Grandpa Randy) Well done Seamons family! I really like the hats.

Mom designed this and Dad helped make it into a reality.
It is 6.5 ft long. It looks like the ones you buy for $600. Love it!

Christmas Morning

A few of our Christmas morning traditions- we all start out with a snuggle in Mom & Dad's bed. Then a family prayer holding hands. With Christmas being on Sunday – democracy in action – we voted to just open stockings before Church. Celebrate Jesus 1st. Presents can wait. Then we enjoyed our traditional cinnamon roll wreath. Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄

Live Nativity 2016 minus Liberty

One of our favorite Christmas traditions is our stake live nativity. The neighborhood around our stake center celebrate Christmas with so many lights. And people can drive through the parking lot to enjoy the live nativity while they're there. We sure missed Liberty. But enjoyed the Nielson kids as our extras.

One more Demerry sent me!

Funny sign on the door after we got in our costumes. LOL

Christmas Eve Traditions

We did our Christmas Eve traditions a little early since Liberty has to head off to work. Everyone helped make our 7-layer dip. Yum! Then the "wisemen" brought 🎁. We had some crabby wise guys (there's a bit of GRINCHy spirit this afternoon in our home) but still fun to keep our traditions.

Dollar Store Christmas

Braving the Snow Storm to do our Annual Dollar store shopping. Everyone gets $5 to shop for the others in our family. We were pretty much the only ones there & the parking lot wasn't plowed at all!!! I think we got like 6-8 inches. Welcome Winter!

10 Years of Wisemen

As I was looking up Nativities over the Years, I started to wonder when we started our Wisemen Bearing Gifts Christmas Eve Tradition. Looking through my vast files of pictures, I discovered we have been doing it for 10 years! It's so fun to watch them grow up & see the different places we lived. Love it!
