Summer Playdates 2016

Just a few (Ha!), fun pictures from playdates or activities we did this Summer:

Having Hunter over while his Moms at the hospital:

And one time we watched their baby while they had a little get-a-way. My kids adored that baby!!!

Oh- and one time they all came with their cousin for a little bit. We ate lunch & made cotton candy!

Face painting and hanging with the neighbors:

We had one of Glory's cute boys in her class as well as his sister over while their parents went out of town to buy a car (my girls were out of town so they just hang out with me for the day!)

The Anderson kids came and hung out one day when their mom was 

out of the country on a humanitarian trip. How awesome is she!!!? 

They made anklets, did karate, had some Piano lessons and played croquet. Cute kids!

Rebecca and GLory beg all the time. So glad we were able to finally have her over! They did some "makeup".

Aspynn came over for a Craft-a-ganza!! LOL

Elizabeth came and made cookies one time.

Summer's End

Time seems to slip by me way too fast. The 2015 Summer is already over. Sad day!
Looking back, we DID some fun things this Summer like:

A lot of Yard Work in prep for our AMAZING Backyard next year here

Visit to the Lewis & Clark Caverns here

Attended our 2nd Symphony Under the Stars here

Of course, had an Adventure in Hawaii here
And a special added Bonus of a day in Seattle with Shauna here
But we also enjoyed sleeping in everyday.

{You can see that Liberty managed to avoid being in any of these fun Summer activities. She was probably glued to her iPod, face-timing her friends. LOL}

Sage Summer Party

Andersons had a Summer get-together to celebrate Sage turning 2. We had a great time meeting their friends, eating dinner, playing ball, enjoying their amazing backyard and having cake! Fun times!

1st 2014 Beach Day

The Coils invited a bunch of us out to the lake today for lunch. So fun! It was perfect weather. We love being so close to the lake! What fun friends we have.

Summer Fun to Treasure

We've been enjoying our Summer sleeping in and doing things in our Treasure Box.
The kids did face painting one day.

Played Color Tag in the backyard with neighborhood kids

Picked Flowers:

Attending the Summer Movie Club House at the Theater. We get to get out and go to the movies every Tuesday morning. One day we stopped for lunch at the Creperie. The kids also love to climb on the rocks.

Made home-made Fudgesicles:

Borrowing the idea from Shelley (thanks lady! You're such a fun Mom)- we watch a movie on Mondays and then do something that reminds us of the movie during the week. One time, we watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. Then we made Tacodile Supreme for dinner.

Treasure Your Summer

To celebrate the end of the School year, I made up the kids a Treasure Box to keep them busy this Summer. They are way excited about it!

P.S. I got on a painting kick lately and did a redo job on the Treasure box. Awesome!
