Cross Country (Yard) Skiing

Justice did a little Cross-~~Country~~ Yard Skiing tonight. We found some skis at the thrift store this week and he is dying to try them out. We have tons of snow so he took them for a spin in our yard. He actually found that he could make it to a certain part of our hill and then ski all the way down the gully. He's in heaven! The only bad thing is that then he has to ski back up. Bummer! Maybe Brett could make a ski lift?

We LOVE to see the Temple! As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, we believe the Lord has commanded His people to build Temples. Temples are a sacred place in which we are taught, make covenants and are promised blessings. In the Temple, we can be sealed to our families for Time & all Eternity. Ever since we had kids, our little family has had a fun Temple-Touching tradition. Whenever we make it to one of the 148 Temples (+25 being built), we take the kids to the outside wall of the Temple, so they can touch it. We hope that the kids can feel of God's power & learn to LOVE the House of the Lord. Join us on our little journey of some of the Temples we've touched. May God touch your heart to love the Temple as we do!
