We pulled into town late in the evening. It had been a very long day!! Pulling the trailer made the trip really slow and we hadn't left Billings until late afternoon. By the time we made into town, the Property Management Company Office was closed and we couldn't get a hold of the Property Manager. Grrrrr! We transferred enough of our stuff over to the suburban so we could all fit in the van and we went to look for him. Thankfully, Brett turned on a little investigative skills and we found him. ...On a downtown baseball field, playing first base, with a dead cell phone- by the way. Let's just say--Brett is impressive!!! LOL
We finally got back to the apartment in East Helena a little before dark. It's tiny but it will work for now. We don't have much to put in it yet since the moving truck won't be here until next week. A few blow-up mattresses, a card table with 6 chairs, a TV, a computer and some suitcases is all we have. It should be a fun adventure! ;)
